Unable to reproduce videos after conversion

Hello.
I converted some videos with VLC to reduce their weight.

Now I can't play them on my Oculus through SKYBOX.

The parameters I chose are:
Video - H.264 + MP3 (MP4)
Audio - MP3 128 kb/s - 11025 Hz

I have tried reconverting to fix the videos, but they keep crashing.

Any ideas?

Hi, could you share with us the Log folder in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log? When you connect your Oculus Quest 2 to your computer through a cable, the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your computer.

It would be better if you can send us the original video and converted video. In this way, we can test the videos to further investigate the issue and help you resolve it.

I have an Oculus Go.
When I connect it to the computer it shows an empty folder named VR-Headset.

When I play the converted file, sometimes it jumps to the next video, sometimes it plays, but with a black screen.
