Last PC client - app works, but i have no interface at all

i just updated to the new PC client by uninstall old version and install the last version. i tried a few times to do so,
The app seems to be running, but i don't see any interface except from an indication on the taskbar.

Hi, you can try the steps below to see if it helps:

Launch Task Manager and selecting Task Manager.
Right click SKYBOX and choose End Task.

If you still can't open SKYBOX on your pc, could you share with us the log files to troubleshoot? The log files are in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs. We'd appreciate it if you can zip the files.

nahh... did it several times already... didn't work.
i also tried to delete previous leftovers data in Appdata
still no solution....

pupic1984 Yes, you can delete the "data" folder in "C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\data" to see if it works. Besides, could you share with us the log files to troubleshoot? Log files may record some error messages.

i have the logs, but i have no idea where i need to send them
