Hi, you can try the steps below to see if it helps:
- Launch Task Manager and selecting Task Manager.
- Right click SKYBOX and choose End Task.
If you still can't open SKYBOX on your pc, could you share with us the log files to troubleshoot? The log files are in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\logs. We'd appreciate it if you can zip the files.
