Black screen, play only sound. SMB problem in Quest v1.1.0(553)

My quest 2 can connect to the SMB server just fine. However, many videos in my SMB cannot play properly. it can click to play but only play the sound with no video(black screen). it's happened randomly. Some large files can be played perfectly but some are not. And also the small files are the same. Please fix it.

Hi, could you share with us(contact@skybox.xyz) your log files to troubleshoot? The log folder is in Quest 2\Android\data\xyz.skybox.player.ovr\files\Log. After connecting your Quest 2 to computer through a cable, the "Quest 2" folder will appear on your computer screen.
