Do you play videos from Quest local storage, or stream videos from your computer to headset via SMB, DLNA or AirScreen?
Please kindly click Global Settings and turn on "Show FPS", and take a video recording of the issue, so we can better see what happened.
Looking forward to your reply. We'll try our best to fix the issue once we figure out what went wrong.
