Updated but still don't see the option for 200 degrees. Only regular, 180, and 360.

Hi there, if the filename contains "MKX200" or "Fisheye_200", the file will be recognized as 200-degree automatically. 🙂

Lucy I found out that it only changes to 200 degrees if the file is on the headset but it doesn't change to 200 if you play the video over AirScreen. Will this be fixed in the future?

Do you use a Windows PC or Mac? We plan to roll out the new version of SKYBOX Windows Client (AirScreen) in recently days. Using the new Windows client, you can watch 200-degree videos via AirScreen. Stay tuned!

Hi there, you can go to our website to download the latest SKYBOX Windows Client and view 200-degree videos via AirScreen now.

Hi, the version I have is Version 1.0.0(beta-2), is that correct?

Can’t speak for the 200 degree thing as I don’t have any of that stuff yet. It does seem to have fixed the issue of it automatically selecting 2d side by side viewing when you upload into Skybox. It was only a minor inconvenience anyway as you just changed it to 180 degrees and 3d when the video started but it’s still a distinct improvement.

A few videos have no preview thumbnail pic now but the video itself still works fine.

The update just went live on my Quest 2. Now the hide folder no longer works: Show hidden Files or Don't Show hidden Files; every time I launch the program, the "hidden" files are plainly visible in the file browser, even though they are located in the hide folder.

Found instructions for hiding files elsewhere in this forum. These instructions for keeping local video files hidden do not work. Under step 3, when I click on the wrench icon, there is no option for "Hide Current Folder". Please advise.

JakobGrau Hi there, we're fixing this issue right now and an updated version will be released very soon. We would appreciate if you could send an email to contact@skybox.xyzso that we could further help you with the issue!

I'm playing videos that are 200fov (says right in the black space of the video) with MKX200 in the filename and it doesn't seem to be auto detecting it. The video still looks too "skinny'.

Is there any way to see if it's detecting the new format for a video? I'm playing it over DLNA.

(I'm on the new version on the quest 2.)

Hello, you can click Stereo Mode on the right side of the control panel and check if it is recognized as VR200.
Share with us the filename of your 200-degree video if SKYBOX doesn't recognize the correct format. 🙂

Will this 200-degree feature be coming to the Windows 7 & 8 version 0.2.4 of Airscreen?
