Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
If possible, please connect your Quest 2 to your computer, find the log files in "SKYBOX" folder and send them to contact@skybox.xyz. We'd like to check the log files for further investigation and get the problem solved ASAP.
Besides, you can follow the steps below to switch to beta 1.1.0 and see if the issue still remains.
Through Oculus app:
- Open Oculus app, and tap your Profile picture.
- Go to My Library and select SKYBOX VR Player.
- Scroll down and tap Version to open the Version notes window.
- Select your preferred version.
Through Oculus website:
- Go to oculus.com and find SKYBOX VR Player.
- Scroll down to find Version information.
- Click on the down arrow sign to switch versions.
