Not loaded skybox player since yesterday. I have reinstalled it too and restarted the headset twice but still not loading skybox. Does anyone have this issue and what is the solution for that?
ashan Hello, which version do you use, 1.0.5 or beta 1.1.0? Do you log into your secondary account?
Lucy yes I'm using the secondary account (not an admin account ) I'm not using the beta version I'm using the official version.
ashan Please make sure both accounts on your Quest are using the same version. For example, if the admin account uses beta version 1.1.0, then you cannot start SKYBOX live version 1.0.5 with the secondary account.
Im using only my one account. I have updated to new version now but still have that issue when i open skybox showing only black screen
ashan Hello, please uninstall SKYBOX on both accounts(admin account and secondary account) and reinstall SKYBOX on the secondary account to see if it works. Submit a report at contact@skybox.xyz for further assistance if you still cannot start SKYBOX.
