Skybox VR On Oculus Quest 2 Issues

I’ve been recently having issues of the app crashing after approximately 2 hours of use while streaming mkv files over Samba. Is there a memory leak or something that’s causing this app to crash over time?

Also, is there a way to turn off the renaming of episode files in a folder of TV show files? Skybox is renaming all of files of a particular show to the same name without the season and episode number so there no way to tell which episode’s are which. For example, the file list may show just the text “Bull” 13 times. Files are saved to the drive like Bull.S01E01.mkv. I just want Skybox to show my files how they’re saved on the drive. I don’t need any special smart renaming feature.

Which version are you using, 1.0.5 or beta 1.1.0?

You can click "Global Setting" (⚙️) to check the version number.

Regarding the crash issue, is it possible that your Quest 2 runs out of battery after approximately 2 hours?

As for the renaming problem, which DLNA server are you using? Generally speaking, only particular DLNA servers will rename the files. SKYBOX doesn't have the automatic renaming feature.

I'm using 1.0.5.. App crashes. Battery okay. Can restart skybox and continue watching. I'm using Synology NAS as my DNLA server. I can actually see each file in a folder change one by one.
