after 7mb update, videos are lagging with audio delay

2 weeks ago, there was an quest 2 update (v34 update) who broke other video apps, because of that i bought skybox and skybox was great even after the quest 2 update. today i saw that my app got updeted and all of a sudden any video is now lagging, there is a audio delay and the videos plays like in slow motion

any soultion?
im talking about watching videos locally, not streaming even. i just put the videos on my headseat and still have this problem so its not like an internet issue

Please reboot your Quest 2 and see if it helps.

In addition, please kindly fast click "CHANNELS" for five times and tell us the version number you are using.

Lucy the problem was the bluetooth headset. when i use a bluetooth headset, videos are playing slow with audio delay.
the thing is that before the update, everything was fine. no delay with the same bluetooth headset.
