What do you mean exactly by stuck on playing?
Do you mean image/audio stuttering?
If that is the case, this is a known issue with our Oculus/Steam version, and we are currently working hard on fixing this.
It will be super helpful if you can send us the video file so we can have more to work with.

yes image/audio stuttering
i use win mixed reality.

i can not send you 7gb movie. but its with every 4k movie. on lower resolution movies only the autio stutterings.
my pc is good can play every vr game witout errors, only movies stuttering

Hi we are updating the MR version soon (within two weeks).
The stuttering problem was caused due to the high frame rate of the video.

Hi, I have the same problem during play the video, especially the audio frequency. the video frequency is good.

Sorry Andy, I mean the Audio stuttering, but not the video. a little in difference. ( 4K vedio. )

Are you also using the Steam version?
It should be updated within a week or so now :)

Andy Thanks, Andy. The root cause is that the decoders need to be updated, take h.265(hevc) for reference, I think. For the MR user, microsoft update win10 without this decoders. I bought one player from Microsoft store with this decoders in updated. It really works and even 6K, no any problem.
