Skybox on my Oculus Quest 2 recently updated and since then almost every video I play from my windows 10 PC throughs up a "Unknown Error Has Occurred". I have a NAS that has all my videos backed up and that seems to be fine. Any thoughts

How do you watch the videos stored on your Windows 10 PC, via SMB, DLNA or AirScreen? Have you encountered such issue before the update?
It would be very helpful if you can follow the steps below to recreate this problem and send us the log file.

We are sorry for the issues with Quest v1.0.5 and we are working on a fix right now.

I have sent the log files with the title of the foram post as the email subject. The issue is with SMB only DLNA and AirScreen works fine, and only on my windows PC as the NAS I have works with no issues. I was able to fix the issue by disabling SMBv2 on my PC. I have sent a set of log files with SMBv2 enabled and disabled. Also on similar issue fefor the update and I use the app almost every day.

Same issue, and I have gone back to 1.0.4 but still not working on SMB. It's was ok before, hope you can fix it soon

Thanks for your work. It works now, but don't know why the speed gets slower and the videos often get freezing in SMB.
While it works well in Airscreen, the videos (same with which in SMB) are very smooth, but something wrong with the sorting function in Airscreen, i.e. time descending, the sequence is not correct so that I cannot find the latest video easily.

Regarding the freezing issue, do all videos freeze or some particular ones stutter when played via SMB?
We'd much appreciated it if you can share with us one video file that has the freezing issue on version 1.0.5 when played via SMB.
Besides, the files are sorted by date added (uploaded) on AirScreen instead of by date created.

Lucy Actually it's like the speed of the network is lower, the bigger the video, more likely to be freezing in SMB.
