Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
- Quit SKYBOX.
- Delete this file C:\Users[Current User]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\data\cache.dat
- Restart SKYBOX.
If it works, then next time please do not put too many videos or videos that are larger than 10GB into SKYBOX client.
It's out of its capability. Besides, we are refactoring and optimizing AirScreen. The new version is scheduled to be released in next month. Please be patient with us.
