Spatial Audio broken on any 7.1 video

I found spatial audio works perfectly for all AC3 5.1 videos, but for anything in 7.1, either dolby or DTX, the surround back location is same as surround, and the trueHD codec it's not even working, only hissing and super low volum sound are played. i searched here and already people reported trueHD problem, but you asked them to upload samples, so now i am reporting all those problem and upload samples as follows:
