Basic Setup Help

Can someone please send me a link to the basic setup instructions.
I have a Oculus Quest 2 and a Windows 10 computer
When I try to access the computer videos through Skybox I am asked for a Username and Password
What username and password?
I have looked around the web and can only find this question 3 times ... never been answered in any 3
Please ... what do I do?

This is assuming you are accessing an SMB share?

I myself have all my videos cataloged via Plex Media Server, and then shared via DLNA, which makes a nice solution for SkyBoxVR (and other media players).
