I have several downloaded movies that when I play them for the first time (and from then on), they have the subtitles turned on automatically. Even after turning them off, they stay on no matter what I do. I even reinstalled the app, same problem. Also the same problem if I redownload the film. Please fix this, it is beyond frustrating and makes it unusable.
