I'm sorry that you are having problems with SKYBOX, please help us solve your problem.
Please send us the log file for SKYBOX in your computer. The log file is located in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\app.log.
The 'AppData' Folder is a hidden folder and you can show it by step in picture blow.
