Not when your eyes are horizontal.
When the eyes are diagonally, they are twisted.

However, if you turn on the control box,
It looks very good. Even if viewed diagonally.

Can you fix it?
Or can I create such an option?

Can you send us a copy of the video by Google Drive or other cloud storage? It will help us to find which caused that problem. I think the issue you described is probably because the video itself used wrong stereoscopic parameters when it's shooting. You can turn on the Monoscopic Mode in the top of the Advanced Setting panel when playing, it will show only one of the picture to both eyes, so you won't feel twisted or distorted.
