  • High Sierra doesn't load files

Hi!
On Mac High Sierra, the app doesn't load files (always "loading" icon but never loads the video file).
From now (I've upgraded yesterday) all it's right, but now... don't.
What can I do?

    I just installed High Sierra myself and encountered the same problem.
    Our engineers are working on this problem right now.
    So sorry for the inconvenience.
