I'm sorry that you are having problems with SKYBOX, please help us solve your problem.
I need to ask you some questions in order to pin down the actual problems.
- Does the CPU usage ever drop after the initial launch of the app?
- Is this a recurring issue? that is, does this happen every time you launch SKYBOX?
- When did this problem start to occur? Is it after a specific app or system update that you can recall?
- It would be helpful if you can send us the log file for SKYBOX in your computer. The log file which located in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\app.log.
The 'AppData' Folder is a hidden folder and you can show it by step in picture blow.
