We need your log file on your Quest.
Please follow the steps below and send us the log file so we can check the issue:
1. Connect your device to PC and create a file named skybox.debug under SKYBOX folder. Ignore the file format if asked.
2. Restart SKYBOX on your device.
3. Try to recreate the crash.
4. Finish all the steps above and send us (email@example.com) the log file /SKYBOX/SKYBOX_debug_log.txt and Android/Data/xyz.skybox.player/Files/PersistentData/OutLogs.txt.
Please also share with us the OU video which you played (Google Drive/WeTransfer/Dropbox).
