<sigh>. This is infuriating. No idea what the problem could be. I have Skybox installed on 4 PCs. 2 desktops and my regular laptop plus a test laptop I borrowed. I just want to use airscreen from my laptop. On both of the desktops and on the test laptop I borrowed, when I add movies to the Skybox library, after a few seconds a thumbnail for the movie appears and the movie time is displayed. If I right click on the movie I can choose PREVIEW and the movie plays. I can access the movies from my Oculus Quest and everything is fine. But when I add movies to the library on my own laptop - the computer I regularly use and wanted airscreen for in the first place, after a few seconds I see the name of the movie. And that's it. No thumbnail and no movie length. There's nothing to preview. I CAN access that computer with airscreen from my headset and I get exactly the same thing. The movies are listed. But nothing happens when I click on them. I've tried adding from both the computer libraries and from just a temporary directory - no change. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times - no change. I've run Skybox as an administrator - no change. I've compared the folder permissions and settings between all of the PCs and they all APPEAR the same. But clearly something is different. I'm out of ideas and I haven't heard back from Skybox in a week and a half so I have no idea if they have any idea, so I'd much appreciate any suggestions. (I HAVE googled and find nothing even close to helpful).
