Hello!
I just received an OculusGO yesterday and the first thing I wanted to do was try all the 3D videos I have on my Windows 10 desktop PC. I tried to "stream" them by telling Skybox to connect to a network folder on my desktop, but it kept saying it couldn't connect. I have no problem accessing this shared folder on my various computers, phones, etc. Any idea why it wouldn't work on Skybox? The username and password are definitely correct.
Anyway since I could not get that to work I tried the method where I installed the Skybox server software on my Windows 10 desktop. I pointed the program to my D:\VRvideos folder. Unfortunately, Skybox responded that about 400 of the 500 videos are invalid.
I am not sure why this is. They are not corrupted and they are all in very similar formats. All have the .MP4 extension. They work fine in Var's VR Player Pro for my Android device. Is there any reason such a large majority of them are "invalid"? Is there a way to force the app to play my video? I am almost 100% there is nothing wrong with them and the app is just deciding there is.
Anyway I really would appreciate any help I can get on this. Thanks so much for reading!
