First impressions of your software was really impressive, and just a few features would be needed for it to replace any other players i have tried.

Option to use Frame Interpolation: VR comfort is improved with higher framerates and for video's in VR even 60fps is very noticable, especially on desktop HMDs due to their low persistence displays. A feature i think would be great for this, but i have yet to see in any video players is Frame Interpolation to smooth out the frame rate. - This would benefit sub 60 fps videos the most, but even pushing 60fps videos up to the HMDs 90hz rate would probably improve the experience in a lot of cases. - This could also potentially help set your software apart from competitors. :)
Super Sampling: would help to reduce aliasing artifacts in both videos and the scenery in the application in cases where people have the hardware to run the software at higher resolutions.
Cleanup or incognito mode: For those users who like to enjoy "Gentlemens Special Interest" content in their HMD it would be great to either be able to completely clear the auto generated libaries (such as "VR videos") and/or to go into some sort of incognito mode where the software does not catalog items. Either this or to mark certain folders to not be catalogued.
Sorting options: Would be really usefull to be able to sort folders by last modified date, to find the latest downloaded content in a folder for instance.

Hope you take some of these options into consideration.

These are primarily suggestions for PC/Desktop VR, but could be relevant for other platforms as well.

I totally agree with you about the 'incognito mode'. I said pretty much the same thing in an email to the developers a few days ago. The thing is, SKYBOX is perfect for my grandchildren as its so simple to use, but I can't let them use it unsupervised because the 'VR videos' library lists all my "Gentlemens Special Interest" content as you so elegantly put it.
We need the option to password any libraries and also add new libraries like the FAVOURITES library there now. I would like one called KIDS.

1,2. These are the bonus features that we will definitely do in the future, but for now we have to prioritize more urgent and general functionalities due to limited man-power. I believe both of you will kindly understand that :)

3,4. These are exactly the kind of urgently needed functionalities that I was just talking about!! We recognize your need to hide and organize/sort your personal files, and our team just finished the product design process for these two features last Friday. You should expect these two features in version 1.8 and 1.9 respectively. Please give us a rating on the App Store if you like how we have done with these two features they come out :)

Great news. I appreciate that 1 and 2 are "bonus features" but I hope you will have a look at it once you have the time.
