Hi Friends,
Recently we have received reports about videos cannot be loaded into PC Client anymore from a certain point.
Unfortunately right now we cannot recreate this problem from our side and could not locate the issue.
If you encounter the same problem, we recommend you to:
Send us (contact@skybox.xyz) the log file located in C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\SKYBOX\app.log. Please notice that the 'AppData' Folder is a hidden folder and sometimes the extension is omitted and only says 'app'.
Add videos to PC Client under Windows Safe Mode to see if it works. Please let us know if it works.
Check what Windows version and Intel Driver Version you use and send the information to us.
Tell us what Graphic Cards you use.
Right now, we suspect that this issue could be related to the Intel driver update which causes blocks in the recognizing process of PC Client.
Any new findings related to this bug are welcomed to share under this thread.
Meanwhile, since PC Client doesn't work for you, please use DLNA servers (Plex/Kodi/Universal Media Server/...) to stream videos from your PC. **Windows Media Streaming is not recommended because it's instability.
Here is a guide to how to set up Plex:

Once you have set up DLNA servers and put videos in it, put on your VR headset and launch SKYBOX and navigate to "Network" Channel. There you could find the DLNA server and play the videos.
[VR headset and PC should be connected to the same Wi-Fi]
Please be patient with us as we are actively solving this issue now.
Thank you for your support!!
Best,
SKYBOX STUDIO
