Please follow the instruction below and send us the debug log file at contact@skybox.xyz:
- Find the path \SourceVRPlayer and create a folder named SKYBOX under this path (If you already have this folder then you don't need to create a new one)
- Create a file named skybox.debug in the SKYBOX folder, ignore the file extension if asked
- Quit and restart the Steam version and recreate the crash
- If the crash happens, please send us the log file located in SourceVRPlayer\PersistentData\outLog.txt so we can check the issue
Meanwhile, please tell us which Driver Version do you use right now:
Device Management > Display adapters > check both cards' info by right click and select "Properties" > Driver > Driver Version
