  • Resume from last playback position gone after update

After the recent update the resume from last playback position is gone. Meaning, after watching part of a video and leaving, then starting it again it would start from where I left off (giving you an option to go back to the beginning if you want) Now, after the update all videos just start from the beginning.

Also, I would like use the favorites feature. I've read the support "Play the video you like and call up the control panel, click on the “heart” icon then the video is added to the “Favorite” list."

I have no heart icon on the control panel.

I'm using a Galaxy Note 9 with Samsung Gear

    Thank you for the feedback.

    We have temporarily removed the "Play from last view point" feature in this build because we encountered serious bug relating to this feature.
    Please be patient with us as our engineers are working hard to develop another build with this feature.

    Regarding the "Favorite" button, you could only see it when you play local videos.
    This feature is not available in AirScreen or Network channel.

        Hello Again,

        Thank you for your quick response and your latest update has fixed the "Play from last view point" feature, Thank you so much!

        Now, is there a way to delete "Play from last view point" history, so that if I have a lot of videos that automatically start where I left off, will now start automatically from the beginning? Like when I use Plex I can list all of my movies that are in progress and mark them as unplayed thus removing the last view point.

          Well right now SKYBOX does not have this function.
          Are you referring to the app Plex VR? If so, we will investigate this function and talk about this feature request in our product meeting :)

              The Plex that I referred to is the browser that is added as part of the server to Windows. When you play part of a video with the player you can look at the browser and it'll show your progress. I can then select it and mark it as played or unplayed then next time I watch it it'll start from the beginning. Also I have noticed that when I watch part of a movie with your app that it networked through Plex, The Plex browser does keep track of what is played through your Skybox. Thank you for everything! :)
