Connection PC <-> Oculus Go, PC is connected with cable, Oculus via Wi-Fi

Hi,

I do not have a Wi-Fi in PC , it is connected to the network with a cable - can I connect it to SKYBOX anyway?

I tried and my Oculus GO doesn't see that PC when I select AirScreen. It's just "Searching for a device" and nothing else happens.

I added SKYBOX to the safe-list in my Firewall, I reset both Oculus and PC, still nothing. Do I need to connect PC with the network over Wi-Fi instead of a cable?

I am currently on Windows 7, have no access to any other devide that I could test it further (BTW for some reason SKYBOX on Android cannot be installed on Samsung J5 - Google Play says that it is not compatible with this device).

Any ideas on how to connect that PC with Oculus would be appreciated.

Yes, you need Wi-Fi on your PC to connect with SKYBOX via AirScreen.
AirScreen works only when your PC and GO are connected with the same Wi-Fi.

Samsung J5 doesn't support VR content in general however SKYBOX is a VR experience.

I've managed to get my PC connected with SKYBOX and also I've managed to do that without having the PC connected to the network via Wi-Fi. It is still connected via ethernet cable.

My problem was my Internet provider, who configured the router in a way that was blocking something when I was connected to port 4 on the router. After I switched it to port 1 - it all works fine now.

Sorry I misunderstood. If your PC and GO connect to the same IP address then it should be ok to use AirScreen.
