Skybox won't play 3D sbs videos

Up until a few days ago skybox vr has never had a problem playing any of the 3D sbs videos I have. Now all of a sudden, certain videos will only play monoscopic no matter what. I've tried renaming the files to everything that was suggested in the forums. I've done a factory reset, I've re downloaded the clips. And some of them still play in 3D. But allot of them just won't no matter what I do. And they historically played in 3D up until very recently. I have all the settings correct because skybox has been able to play 3D videos flawlessly. Does anyone have any ideas what could be going on? I have version 1.2.1 so maybe it's not fully up to date but I don't know how to update this manually.

We've fixed this issue in the "v1.2.1 RC" channel. It will be rolled out to the official release later, but feel free to switch to the RC channel to try it out now.

To install the fix:
On your Quest 2 or Quest 3, go to Quest Settings > Privacy & safety > Installed app.
Find SKYBOX VR Video Player.
Click Release Channels.
Select "v1.2.1 RC" (you will see 1.2.1 code: 3845) and install the update.

Also, could you let us know where you usually get or download your 3D videos from? We'd love to update our test video library. Thanks for your support!

I'm having the exact same issue, tried reinstalling the app both on PC and Oculus. Tried tweaking all settings back and forth and the issue still persists. Would love to figure out how to resolve this, as 3D SBS videos were playing great for the past few years until a few days ago.
