It would be great to have an adjustable theater-audience option that allows users to populate the virtual theater with simulated guests. Watching in a completely empty theater can sometimes feel a little lifeless, so adding audience members would make the experience feel more immersive and authentic.
The feature could offer five audience-density levels:
Level 1: 5–10 people scattered throughout the theater
Level 2: 10–20 people
Level 3: 20–30 people
Level 4: 30–40 people
Level 5: A full or nearly full theater
For a more natural appearance, the guests could be arranged as a varied mixture of individuals, couples, and small groups rather than being evenly distributed. It would also be helpful to include a personal-space setting that lets users choose whether the seats immediately beside them remain empty or may be occupied.
Ideally, the virtual audience would include subtle, non-distracting behaviors—such as settling into their seats or occasionally shifting position—while remaining quiet during the movie. This would create the atmosphere of a real theater audience without interfering with the viewing experience.
