We work with the Windows App Compatibility Team at Microsoft, where we monitor application reliability across Windows platforms through our telemetry systems.
Our analysis is based on dump files collected via telemetry. Therefore, we do not have direct access to the affected machine, and we are unable to provide reproduction steps or UI screenshots.
However, we have identified the potential root cause of the crash and can provide our analysis along with suggested fixes. We are able to share this information through secure channels such as email or a private file portal (e.g., OneDrive).
