We take the issue seriously and would like to reproduce it on our end so we can further investigate. To help us with that, could you let us know which Meta OS you are using?
Also, sharing the app logs would greatly help us troubleshoot. You just need to:
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Check the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback.
