We just tested the issue on a Quest 2 updated to OS 2.1.1034, and we were able to access Plex DLNA server without any issues.
If you are having trouble accessing the server (especially if other apps cannot access it either), it is likely related to your network environment or DLNA server configuration, rather than an issue with our player.
You can double-check:
- Your Quest 2 and Plex DLNA server are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Your Plex has DLNA service enabled.
If you'd like us to take a closer look, please kindly share your app logs with us. Logs might help us identify what's going wrong on your end.
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Check the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback.
