I have 5.7K 360 3D 30fps files that show skipping when there is a large amount of movement in frame. The skipping corresponds to the keyframe setting on the encoder ie if I make it every 60 frames it halves the amount of skipping but still unuseable.
Even the Quest's own file player plays it fine.
Please let me know if this is a known bug and you are working on a fix.
