Sound to low on Oculus

Hi,
It seems that the sound is very low while watching a movie.
I watched a movie on Plex and the same on Skybox and there is an important difference in the volume.
Even with an external speaker or headset the sound stay very low.

Any idea?

What device are you using please? And does this issue apply to other videos please?
We need more infos so that our engineers could recreate this issue.

Hi Yum, I'm using the Oculus Go

Most of my video appears to have low volume.

I Even tried to plug my Speaker (Bose Sound link) the sound doesn't look as strong as on my computer.

I also tried to download a TV episode from internet and checked the same episode on Netflix VR through the oculus app and the sound was much louder on Netflix.

Maybe if you could level up the volume or let us the choice to increase the volume (like on VLC) that would be great.

Otherwise I'm enjoying Skybox 😀 😀

Our engineers just confirmed me that in the next version (0.2.0), the max volume will be louder.
