Are you trying to access your PC via AirScreen(SKYBOX PC Client)?
If yes, please open SKYBOX app on your PC, click the "Settings" icon to see if you are using the latest version 2.0.0-620. You can go to our website and click the "Windows" icon to download it.
On your Quest 3, please go to Quest Settings > Privacy & safety > Installed app > find SKYBOX VR Video Player > click Release Channels > select "2.0.0 Preview" and install the beta update.
If your PC and Quest 3 are connected to the same Wi-Fi, your PC should automatically display in the "Network" or "AirScreen" channel. If it is not detected, please click the "Add Server" option in the upper-right corner of the "AirScreen" channel, enter the IP address shown on the "Settings" panel of SKYBOX PC Client and see if it works.
If you still can't connect to your PC via AirScreen, we hope you could share the "info" level log.
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Tick the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback. Thanks!
