Can you access your Jellyfin server from other devices over the public network? Please ensure that the server itself is publicly accessible. Also, we'd appreciate it if you could provide the "Info" level logs so we can further investigate.
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Tick the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback.
