- Regarding using the same account on multiple devices:
Meta doesn't allow users to log into the same account on multiple devices to use the same app simultaneously. This is a platform-level restriction, not something that can be changed by us. And this has been confirmed in discussions on Meta's official forums. Please see this post.
- About missing the "Buy" or "Purchase" option on the store page:
Since you are logged into the same account that has already purchased SKYBOX Player, the store interface will only show "Install" or "Launch". This is because you already own SKYBOX Player on this account. I hope this explanation clarifies why the purchase option is not displayed.
- Regarding Meta's app sharing feature:
My understanding is that this feature is designed to allow a primary/admin account holder to share apps with secondary accounts. However, your current setup uses the same account across devices, not two separate accounts, so this feature may not apply in your case.
- About the product description on our website:
Our previous version did include the simulcasting feature as described on the website. However, this feature was removed in the newer version, and unfortunately, we didn't update the website description in a timely manner, which led to the misunderstanding. We apologize for this oversight and will update the product description on our website later.
Additionally, even though the original synchronized playback feature was removed, we added Multiplayer Mode feature in the latest beta version. And this new feature also allows synchronized viewing among multiple users.
- Regarding your review about delayed responses in our forum:
First, I'm sorry for the delayed reply to your post. Your message was posted around January 1st, during our holiday period. During normal workdays, we try to review and respond to user feedback daily.
During holidays or when additional time is need to test or diagnose an issue, responses may be delayed or not timely. But we will try our best to reply to all uses in a timely manner.
