We've tested this on our end, but haven't been able to reproduce the problem so far. However, we take this seriously and want to resolve it for you as quickly as possible. To help us troubleshoot, could you please share the app logs with us?
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Tick the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback.
