Yes, my computer with VLC plays them just fine, still get an error that the video cannot be played in Skybox on the Quest3. Very strange since it played that first time and not since. I have three different HDHomerun devices, none of them work.
UPDATE: I also sideloaded VLC to the Quest 3 and it can play them fine as well, so it isn't a network issue.
