I have the newest beta test release (Quest) and something changed from my last version. It no longer displays the posters I set. It splits them into categories so that it shows:
VIDEOS (where it auto-generates the thumbnail for the movie) IMAGES (to view the jpg only)

How did you play the video, from local storage, or via SMB, DLNA or AirScreen?
You can restart SKYBOX app and check if it resolves the issue.
Lucy Sorry for the late reply. I haven't used my Quest for a while.
So I'm using version 2.0.1, and the movies are on my SMB network. The file type are split into 2 categories like my fist post:
VIDEOS IMAGES
They're named exactly the same with a .jpg extension.

I'm sorry that we were unable to reproduce the thumbnail issue on our side. But we noticed that preview thumbnails may take more time to generate in beta 2.0.1. You can wait for some time and see if you can see the custom thumbnails.
We will also optimize the thumbnail loading issue in the next updates.
