Are you using the latest beta version 2.0.0?
We tested this issue but we were unable to replicate it using v2.0.0. To further troubleshoot, could you please provide the "info" level logs?
What's more, you can click the "wrench" icon in the upper-right corner, remove the SMB server from SKYBOX, then click the "Add Server" icon to re-add the server and see if videos can play correctly in sequence according to the list.
Clearing the cache won't affect your favorites list or history list. But if you click the "Reset" button to do a factory reset, it will clear all data.
