Hi! I tried the 2.0 preview the other day on my Quest 2.
Looks great so far. The video looks cleaner somehow, I can't quantify it. I haven't tested the MVC 3D but I do have files I can use.
I did notice some files that played back without problems on the release version stutter or the video output is corrupt.
I'll re-install the 2.00 preview and send logs after playing the problem videos. These were via SMB and I'll try playing them locally.

Hey friend, glad to hear your feedback!

We are going to release a patched version very soon, fixing mosaic and white noise issues that occurred during playback. You can update the beta version later and check if those issues are resolved.

@Lucy I having the same probelm with @lunaboy where I create an iso with my Blu-ray(Dune 3D) using MakeMKV backup and ImgBurn.

The video plays fine but is only in 2D. Also subtiltles seems to be mostly missing or just not work. I've tested files on 4XVR and works fine (Although I prefer Skybox 😉).

Is there any update on this?

Hi, thank you for your feedback. And we are sorry this issue has not been resolved yet.

To help us dig deeper into the issue where certain 3D ISO videos only play in 2D with missing subtitles, would you be willing to share a video sample with us(contact@skybox.xyz)? It would make it much easier for us to reproduce and track down the problem. Thanks for your cooperation!

Thanks so much for sharing the video.

We took a look, and it seems that inside the BDMV\STREAM\SSIF folder, the file is in .smap format instead of the expected .ssif format. Currently, SKYBOX only supports .ssif files for 3D playback. That's likely why the video is playing in 2D mode instead of 3D. We will look into how to play it properly in a future update.

I've tested MakedMKV and DVDFab and all iso created this way does not seem to work. How do you guys test Blue-ray isos?
