If the video resolution is under 8Kx4K, and the bitrate is under 100 Mbps, you should be able to play them without problems. If you still encounter the error message, could you please tell us the exact resolution and bitrate of the video file?
What's more, we also want to check the logs to further investigate the problem. If possible, please kindly follow the steps below to share the logs.
- Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
- Reproduce the issue you mentioned.
- Click the "BUG" icon in the upper-right corner of "Global Settings".
- Tick the "upload logs" box, and submit the in-app feedback. Thank you!
