There is a problem with sound synchronization

This is my first time buying a skybox

I put the video I have inside Quest 3 and play it

but there is a sound delay of 100ms to 200ms in the video.

I can manually synchronize the sound
but it is inconvenient because the settings are not saved for each video

I am currently using version 2.0.0

Were you wearing bluetooth headphones? If yes, you can go to "Global Settings" > select the "Playback" tab > adjust "Bluetooth Audio Sync" and see if it helps.

If you were not wearing bluetooth headphones, we hope you could share a specific video sample. We'd like to test the particular video to further investigate the problem. Thank you!
