Subtitle not working via AirScreen

Hey,
I’ve been trying to watch a movie using AirScreen (casting from PC), and I noticed that subtitles aren’t showing at all, even though:

The video and subtitle files have exactly the same name

The subtitle is in .srt format

It works fine when I play the same video directly from local files

Is subtitle support not available when using AirScreen? Or is there something I’m missing?

Hello, thank you for your feedback.

After connecting your PC via AirScreen, did you select the "Files" option(access the files on your PC) or the "Desktop" option(mirror the screen of your PC)?

Could you please share with us the "Info" level logs? We'd like to check the logs to further investigate the issue.

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box).

We also hope you could share the .srt file with us(contact@skybox.xyz) so we can do some testing to troubleshoot as well. Thank you!
