What is with SkyBox? I've recently purchased a Vive Focus Vision and the controllers don't show up. All I see is the headset pointer in the middle and there's absolutely no way to select anything. Software on headset and controllers is up to date, I have the latest skybox and all batteries are charged. if I move my head up the controllers appear (rendered in view) and they're fully tracked but when I move my head back down they disappear. When I can see them I can't select anything. If it sees the controllers how does it not know they're there as an input device. By the way as I move the pointer witih my head over my play history I feel the controller vibrating as I move over each item.
Another thing too, is often when I move my head looking around, without the loading panel pops up in the middle and sits for at least 15 seconds. happens continuously, but this has been going on for a while now when I just used my Vive Pro. Really annoying, I have to pray it doesn't go into the loading mode before I click anything on screen.
