I apologize for the delay in my response.
At this time, SKYBOX does not fully support all Plex features. It primarily allows access to your personal media library to watch your own movies and videos. Accessing shared libraries may not work reliably.
We will further investigate and explore the possibility of extending Plex functionality, including shared library access, in future updates. Thanks for your understanding and support!
