USB drives not being detected

When I use a USB drive, nothing happens on SkyBox, there is no USB channel nor the videos appear anywhere in the app, this is all I've tried:

-Use a different USB device
-Use FAT 32 and then exFAT
-Connecting the USB device before opening Skybox
-Connecting the USB device after opening Skybox
-Re-connecting the USB device multiple times while being on the app menu

Currently using a Quest 3 with the latest latest OS and the latest Skybox update

What version of Meta OS are you using?

You can go to SKYBOX's "Global Settings", click the "Reset" button to do a factory reset and see if it helps.

If SKYBOX still cannot detect your USB drive, we hope you could share with us the "Info" level logs and tell us the model of your USB drive.

Click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", change the "Logging Levels" to "Info".
Reproduce the issue you mentioned, then click the BUG icon in the upper-right corner of Global Settings.
Send us a bug report attached with logs(tick the "upload logs" box). Thank you!
