MISSING favorites leads to Database corruption.

Using Skybox on Quest 3 from Steam VR.
Skybox will not show controllers but a [o] icon whenever a file that was previously added to the Favorites no longer exist on drive.

Open Skybox, add one or several favorites from drive.
Close Skybox and move or delete files on drive.
Open Skybox... controllers are gone!

Only way to get Skybox to work again is to delete DBTest from PersistentData directory or bring back the missing files.

Maybe consider moving Favorites to a text based file.

Are you using SKYBOX Steam v1.1.8? You can click SKYBOX's "Global Settings", turn on "Show Stats" to check the version number.

We followed the steps you provided but we were unable to reproduce the controller not showing issue. Are there any additional actions you performed that might replicate the problem?

You can also click the "Reset" button in "Global Settings" to do a factory reset and see if it helps.

Yes, using 1.1.8. Interestingly, not abled to reproduced the issue with the above steps either but I can validate this behavior by creating snapshots of the database and simply revert back and forth. On a long enough timeline, the database becomes corrupted and the side effects is that the controllers doesn't show in app anymore. The steps to preproduce are quite simple but might need repetitions, add favorites then removed, renamed files, folders and/or symlinks on drives. There is nothing else being done other than playing videos when using skybox.
